My Discover Card was illegally billed unauthorized charges totalling over $3000.00 by - - -. I informed Discover timely ( within 2 weeks before it was too late to make a complaint ), and gave Discover all information from the insurance dept who caught this dishonest dentist overbilling and illegally charging my card. I also sent the court documents showing that I won my case in court against this dishonest orthodontist. Discover, refuses to credit back these unauthorized fraudulent charges and Discover has refused to give me the regulatory agency for the Discover bank and the legal New York State address for service of legal papers to their CEO - -, to serve papers to sue for the charges to my Discover card they are refusing to credit back. When I call the woman in the office told me - - is too big to sue '' and hangs up on me, refusing all legal information I am requesting.
