PayPal closed my account due to me disputing transactions I did not authorize. They even closed my friend account because he was allowing me to use his account. They will not let me re-open it at all or create another account even after I verify my identity and verify I did not authorize those transactions. I have tried reaching out to higher departments but it is all the same no one will help me.
