Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Nebraska

I have entered into a Debt relief program and they instructed me not to make monthly payments. One Main Financial in - -, NE has called me at least - a day at home for the last - weeks and has now called me - at work, I am sure those practices are not legal. I have told them last night to never call me at work again, so we will see. I have called - - - and informed them of One Main calling me at work and they stated I needed to make a report through you and they were going to send them a letter to stop.
