Capital One is reporting in accurate and have deceptive practices causing me and my family severe financial hardships. Capital One sold the debt - 2015. They no longer own the debt however in the past 3 months they have been removing the account from all three credit agencies -, - and - then adding as a new account by changing the opened date from - - to - -. Doing this in - every 2 days recently. And practicing this practice every month prior.
