U.S. Bancorp Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Minnesota

U S Bank removed my student loan account from deferment status illegally and unlawfully, which created a past due balance and damaged my credit score. My student loan account should not have been removed from deferment and I should not have a past due balance.
