- - - sold our mortgage to Carrington in - 2015. We received a cancellation notice from our homeowners insurance stating that the invoice they mailed to Carrington has gone unpaid! What are they doing with my money? Stealing it from us! My husband tried to reach a customer service rep at Carrington today to resolve the issue, and he was on hold for over 15 minutes and did n't get the opportunity to speak with anyone. We have a VA loan and this is how they treat military personnel.
