VA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Virginia

borrower requested short sale approval for - lien with Navy Federal Credit Union and can not get response since -/-/15. when I spoke to - of the NFCU loss mitigation reps I was told that they would not accept the - offered for the settlement and would pursue the borrower - for the deficiency, and that their normal business practice is to wait until the - trust approval is close to expiration hoping that agents and buyers will become frantic and pay them more than the initial offering. this particular sale is a VA compromise sale and the - lien holder was offering them - the buyer has offered some and I have offered commission to get them - and we can not get a decision.
