Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Florida

I 'm on monthly payments under Bankruptcy Chapter - to stop the foreclosure, my Attorney try to get Loan Modification and the Bank denied all the time, which I 'm paying very high APR - since -/-/-.- on -/-/- sold the mortgage to Seterus. I would like to know if qualify about the high interest or some thing else.
