Nationstar Mortgage discontinued sending my monthly statements two months ago for no reason. I have contacted them several times only to be assured that they will be promptly continued, then nothing happens. Their customer people are rude and unhelpful. In reading their reviews online, it is apparent they are doing this to many other clients in an attempt to generate more late fees. I am hoping you can help me with this matter.
