JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Arizona

I have been retiered for a number of years. My - pension is giving me less and less dollars each month due to the constantly stronger dollar. Now I am starting up a small - in order to make some extra income. To start up even a very small - takes some money. I asked my bank, Chase, for a small loan but they did not even let me file an application. During this start up time money has been very tight and now and then the balance on my bank account dips under - and I get hit with tons of fees for INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. During the past 12 months the bank has hit me for $1300.00. This is unacceptable. I am sure their lawyers have it covered so that it is legal but is it moral? NO! I had a fight with - Bank about the mortgage on our house. Needless to say it is no longer our house. - was very unfair in their dealing and they just recently agreed to pay a penalty of close to $ 1Billion for their wrongdoing! I took this info in writing to my bank office in Surprise, AZ but 2 months later I have still not got any answer.
