Discover Credit card department,
I 've defaulted on my Discover card payments due to being out of work. I have spoken to the creditor several times and advised them I will call to arrange payment as soon as I am back to work. At - they called every - days, which is fine. They began calling me - times back to back, hanging up after - or - rings and then immediately calling back. This has happened - times. This morning I was going to answer and they kept hanging up on me before I could. This directly violates FDCPA call frequency regulations, and the hangups are harassment.
