Seterus Mortgage Complaint

Seterus Mortgage department,

We have been unable to obtain a monthly mortgage statement from Seterus for over 2 years. We are presently in a financial hardship due to - and any assistance programs require a statement. We have contacted Seterus numerous times by phone to request a statement by mail, fax, email, Fed Ex, or whatever possible means. They state they have submitted the request, but nothing happens. They have blamed the - Postal Service, but we have lived in our home 20 years and receive plenty of mail. We have received other documents from Seterus such as tax documents or notices sent by certified mail. They are completely incompetent. I just want a statement as is my right as a consumer.
