I had previously filed a complaint against Key Bank and now it seems as if they are retaliating against me by charging ridiculous fees. I have disputed their response of that complaint with the details. However, THIS complaint is to get my $40.00 back for their Rewards Program Annual Fee that I paid since I will not be banking with them DUE TO THEIR OWN ACTIONS and can not therefore benefit from the Rewards Program any further because I am closing my account within the next week or so when I have time to get there and do so. I have already cancelled my direct deposit and now just have to check out some other financial institutions to see where I wish to bank. So, the $40.00 they charged me for their Rewards Program Annual Fee should be returned because DUE TO THEIR ACTIONS I will not be able to cash-in '' on my rewards points since I will be closing my account soon.
