Sps has wrongfully taken my home. Naca was informed on - - that my property had no sale date. The sps rep advised this information directly to Naca via a phone call. Sps dropped the ball not advising to myself or Naca that the attorney handling foreclosure advised that the sale date could not be postponed due to timing. Please advise to me why the sale date for the - was moved??? All of this happening why my file was being reviewed with sps as well as mailed notifications that the file was under review with no notification that sale date was not able to be modified sps has the ability to retract the sale that took place today -.
