Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wisconsin

Our auto loan company, Regional Acceptance Corporation, calls us - times per day. They also call our work and they 've been told not to. We set up payment arrangements with them but they continue to call. I also told them I work - shift and sleep during the day. They usually start calling around - I will attach the letter I wrote to them this morning that specifies more details.
