On - - and -, 2015 ( as well several phone calls and chat sessions with Discover Card customer service ), I made inquiries to why a payment of $61.00 that was posted to my Discover Card account on - -, 2015, did not have the funds withdrawn from my financial institution, - - - - - in -, NC, until - -, 2015. Nobody at either Discover Card or - - ' - - could give me a direct answer. Instead, I got the pass the buck '' routine. Neither financial institution should be allowed to treat customers this way. I have documentation available as proof of these events taking place.
