Stearns Ventures, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease October 11, 2016 - To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding my current mortgage lending company : Stearns Lending who is currently subcontracting through an agency - to handle some loan issues. I had water damage to my den and back bathroom on - -, 2016. My home insurance company - - sent me a check to repairs these areas. The check for reimbursement $13000.00 was sent to the attention of the lender and myself. I signed the check and sent it to - - - on -, -, 2016 and they were suppose to sign it and issue a new check. I have been waiting 4 months to receive the reimburseme... |
