BOK Financial Corp Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 28, 2016 - I make my payments regularly, in advance, of the due date. The bank 's own systems are showing discrepancies in the payment due dates causing phone calls and questions about non payment. The customer facing portals show the next payment due as scheduled, however, the payments I make, on the bank 's side, did not assign to a month. The payment portal online shows as a transfer between deposit accounts and the loan, it does clarify where the payment is going to principal, principal and interest ( regular payment ), and interest.
