BOK Financial Corp Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Texas
I make my payments regularly, in advance, of the due date. The bank 's own systems are showing discrepancies in the payment due dates causing phone calls and questions about non payment. The customer facing portals show the next payment due as scheduled, however, the payments I make, on the bank 's side, did not assign to a month. The payment portal online shows as a transfer between deposit accounts and the loan, it does clarify where the payment is going to principal, principal and interest ( regular payment ), and interest. Therefore, when paying regular payments, I make 'transfers ' as a principal & interest payment. ***An example*** $10000.00 loan, $100.00 regular payment due monthly : - I make a transfer ( P & I ) to the loan due - on -, next payment due on the consumer portal advances to due -. - I make - 's transfer ( P & I ) on -. Next payment due on the consumer portal advances to due -. On the same day, -, I make a second transfer ( P & I ) to the loan for the payment due on -, which on the consumer portal advances the next due date to -, as it should. However, the banks internal system interprets this as a principal only payment and triggers calls to me for non-payment for the - payment. The consumer portal still shows the payment is due -.
