Associated Bank Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount July 3, 2015 - Fell behind on - mortgage with Associated Bank. Was contacted to set up payments with the assurance that it would stop legal attempts for judgment against me. I was also told the debt had been charged off and I would only be paying toward the principle. - months later never missed a payment I saw a judgment against me and attempts for wage garnishment. I called them and they said that was a mistake and should n't have happened. They stopped garnishment attempts and apologized but I still now had a judgment against me.
