They switched my court date three times and I was there every time but on the third time the baliff said they won a - judgement on a card with a - limit. I called back and the rep who answered the phone advised me of a payment plan of $66.00 beginning later that month. I advised him that I was interested in the plan but that I needed to call back on the exact date I wanted to make a payment. He said that was fine and the call ended.
