February 9, 2017 - Procollect has again sent a letter to our house regarding our son 's debt issue. They have been notified repeatedly that our son does not live with us. Yet, a letter arrived today again. A complaint was previously filed with your agency about this same account. In the letter that I now have in hand, Procollect is offering a settlement of 50 % of the debt and deletion of the issue from my credit report. October 15, 2015 - In - of 2015 my apartment flooded with raw sewage, management called a plumber whom cleaned the main line ''. The main line is between mine & my neighbors front doors with no other access to either apt., when the plumber finished there was raw sewage all over the walkway. Management refused to clean/sanitize the walkway, also management did nothing more than shampoo the carpet in the apartment that was affected by the flood.
