The company reported an unsubstantiated debt to credit reporting agencies which adversely impacted both my credit and a financing application giving rise to damages of higher interest rates. The company failed to properly substantiate their clients claim of a debt owed. I in fact do not owe their client anything ; their client owes me several hundred dollars.
