In - of 2015 my apartment flooded with raw sewage, management called a plumber whom cleaned the main line ''. The main line is between mine & my neighbors front doors with no other access to either apt., when the plumber finished there was raw sewage all over the walkway. Management refused to clean/sanitize the walkway, also management did nothing more than shampoo the carpet in the apartment that was affected by the flood. During the time between this event and my moving because of the sewage not being cleaned/sanitized I had to go - because of severe -, the - me as having -. Since moving, the apartments, - -, located in - Tx have contacted a collection agency named Pro Collect that has reported this to the credit reporting agencies in the amount of $ -. I have approximately - pictures that I took on a daily basis to document my claim, these pictures are automatically stamped with date and location. I also have the hospital records showing the date and the -. Any help with this matter will be appreciated.
