Credit card closing/cancelling account April 15, 2016 - Seventh Ave has charged off an account and continues to report and inaccurate balance to the credit bureaus which has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Seventh Ave continues to verify the account with the bureaus but has failed to validated and verify the account with me and the FCRA clearly states any account that cant be verified with original documentation and signatures must be deleted from the consumers credit file Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ).
