Open a charge account with - ward back in -/-/-.I have used the account in the past and paid the entire balance.However, upon realizing that such account was n't been reported to any of the corresponding agencies. I decided to close the account.In such case I contacted - ward back in -/-/- and asked that they close the account. However, - ward has kept the account open.
