Now I am trying to reach someone at the company to discuss pay off options and I keep getting the run around. I have spoken with several representatives and NOONE has aided me on my nightmare. As is the case with folks with less than perfect credit, the card had an exceptionally high interest rate and onerous fees for everything. Barclays PLC Credit card payoff process September 6, 2016 - We paid of our credit card and I paid to much. I contacted to credit card company and requested a refund. The amount is over $900.00. For more than 2 months they have said its in the mail. We never received it. We keep calling they keep saying the same thing. We requested the mail it with a tracking number they refuse.we have asked to talk to higher ups, we give our phone numbers they repeat it then when they do n't call we call them and they say we have not working numbers. Briefly, these offers provide 0 % interest for a fixed period ( 1 to 3 years ) for a small transaction fee ( 1 % to 3 % ), at which time the banks usually allow me to roll over the balances forward, if desired, for another small fee, by providing balance transfer offers/access checks etc. As a result, at certain times, I carry more than one 0 % promotional balance on the same card.
