Barclays PLC Credit card department,
This has been a headache since I obtained the card. Making a payment is a big inconvenience and has resulted in unnecessary fees. Now I am trying to reach someone at the company to discuss pay off options and I keep getting the run around. I have spoken with several representatives and NOONE has aided me on my nightmare. After 4 hours of begging for information on how to reach someone I was told they were closed and to call back. I just want to settle my debt and move on but the company 's customer service reps are making this impossible. Tgere is no corporate number or email either for contact.
