Cashing a check without an account Deposits and withdrawals Florida

On -/-/- I received a BANCO 'S POPULAR check # - dated -/-/- from - - - - - - in the amount of $500.00 dollars. The next day I have deposited this check via mobile app to my - - - Account. After a while I noticed that this moneys were never deposited so I contacted - - - customer service to search for this deposit. After lengthy phone calls I received a letter from - - - instructing me to bring the original check to the - - - physical location ( branch ) to redeposit the original check as the mobile deposit could n't be researched. I re deposited this check on - - -.


PLEASE.. I never deposited this check to -! I have NEVER owned an account there I never even heard of this bank. After - - - accused me of trying to deposit the check twice I was left with only few options. I contacted the check issuer - - - - and asked them to call their Bank - - to search for that check so they e mailed me that the check was cashed and they cant help me anymore. - - stated that they cant research this check because I am not their customer. - have searched their data by my name and social security number to see if someone opened an account there and found no accounts in my name. The bottom line is that I deposited this check on my mobile app to my personal account in - - - the money never showed up and the check or the deposit cant be researched. I suspect a fraud or software issue because I only deposited this check to - - - and they are claiming that I mobile deposited it in -! Can someone contact banco popular and see who did they pay this check to?
