It was refused and they referred me to Telecheck. Called them and they said it was lack of information and history. They updated my file, and said any check would be accepted. Tried to cash a check last week at - - and it was again refused. They gave me the refusal code and I again called Telecheck. They have you listen to a recorded message about the refusal before you get to talk to customer service, which I did and then talked to - of their reps.
