Santander Bank US Mortgage credit decision / underwriting October 12, 2016 - I was married with a second mortgage on a home. We divorced 10 years ago, she remained in the house. The second mortgage was n't getting paid and was charged off in - of 2013. She went to sell the house and the bank would only accept a payment of $ - for the balance of the charged off loan ( $ - ). Santander Bank US Mortgage credit decision / underwriting December 14, 2015 - I have a - lien showing up on the Title to my home that I need subordinated in order to qualify for a rate & term refinance. I am trying to pay off my 2nd mortgage which was taken out when I purchased the property, and fix my adjustable rate on my primary mortgage.
