I am only the customer confused by the inundation of unwanted offers and e-mails from the BANK. So decided to try an offer - a balance transfer from - -. I wanted to transfer $200.00 using their " no transfer fee '' offer. Apparently I used the wrong check and was charged $10.00 on a $200.00 transfer. Usurous. That is an instant 5 % penalty.
