On -/-/2016 I was going to settlement on a beach property. My daughter and son work in - and this would be my wifes - summer there. Suntrust - - at - we went to - - And - - was third party to over see signing. -. - told my wife an I we would not be going to settlement. - said she did not have a disclosure from sale of my condo, taxes were not pre paid approx -, and we owed - - - and - - from were - funds were coming from. After - hours of calling - - in the Suntrust - office she told me right away she was calling her legal dept. At Approx - - her boss and - in - Va did a - way conference call. - - - explained it was a problem. I needed - approx in - cashiers checks to close that no one told me about. Went I brought up the word Attorney Suntrust Bank - - and her boss hung up. - at - said - - I know who you are and Suntrust did you wrong. - - at - - said I


fees saying this was wrong. - - at Suntrust told myself and - - my partner they were wrong. - - phone -. Also - - was my loan processor at Suntrust and on Tuesday at -. she said she would have - - call me which never happened. This was the Tuesday prior to the Friday -/-/2016 settlement date. I found out later about the 72 hour no changes to loan law. Suntrust played me like a fiddle. I need your help - - - Suntrust offered me - then - to settle after this incident. They said I was approved to $200000.00 and - - told me the settlement would be adjusted.
