On -/-/2017 I initiated a balance transfer from a USAA credit card to a - credit card in the amount of $3000.00. I was told that transfers could take from 10-14 business days. $3000.00 was debited to my - credit card on -/-/2017. USAA did not credit my credit card until -/-/2017.
