When we talked -/-/-, I stated to her that I had a lawyer that was consolidating all of my loans ( private and federal ) no where in the conversation did she state that private loans could not be consolidated. My lawyer had told me prior to me and her talking that private loan companies will tell you that because it is more work to consolidate private loans than federal loans.
