By law I requested a letter with the information of how many payments I have left. I requested for that letter alnostv2 weeks ago and I never got it. I called em yesterday and asked bout it and the guy I talked to told me to call 1/2 hour later which I did. once I asked bout it again the guy hang up on me. I called - or - tines more without any luck finally I ended up talking to a different person who asked me for some information and told me he will get somebody to call me but nobody did. I called this morning again... |
