I have a payment plan with Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Emerson & Hornik Llc. By law I requested a letter with the information of how many payments I have left. I requested for that letter alnostv2 weeks ago and I never got it. I called em yesterday and asked bout it and the guy I talked to told me to call 1/2 hour later which I did. once I asked bout it again the guy hang up on me. I called - or - tines more without any luck finally I ended up talking to a different person who asked me for some information and told me he will get somebody to call me but nobody did. I called this morning again and after several calls in which I was left waiting until they hang up on me every time I finally talked to a guy whose namevas -. He asked me for the same information the other guy asked and promised me to send me an email with the info I requested but he never sent me the email and by law if I requested the info bout how many payments left I have they have to provide it but they never did.
