But after multiple attempts MCOA has refused to provide me with verification of the date. I would like written proof of the debt sent to me to be verified before any payment is submitted.... |

Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 8, 2015 - I was contacted by MCOA and was notified that I have a debt for -- for - - - - ticket. I informed rep that I have not received written notice from - - PD or MCOA stating this debt and until I do, I will disregard any debt collection attempts by phone. I called - - PD and requested original citation be sent to my address. This was done and received on - -, 2015. I have yet to receive validation of collection for MCOA attempting to collect a debt. This information has been reported and is now on my credit report. I do not have an issue paying the original bala... |
