Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt November 28, 2016 - To be honest the closest description would be lack of information because I have not received any notification in 4 years that I have an outstanding balance. I did not even know this debt existed up until about about 4 months ago. It almost seems like they 're letting the interest build up purposefully. I can not verify from either parties if this debt is even mine because I have not heard a peep from either of them.... |

A second request was made asking for a copy of the original signed contract with which I could verify the debt. The dept collector then sent a form letter from the company owner saying I owed the money. Five months later I receive a call from a process server that he has a summons to serve me for collections and court.
