To be honest the closest description would be lack of information because I have not received any notification in 4 years that I have an outstanding balance. I did not even know this debt existed up until about about 4 months ago. It almost seems like they 're letting the interest build up purposefully. I can not verify from either parties if this debt is even mine because I have not heard a peep from either of them.
