I have never received any noticeof a letter to dispute, just a court date. I attained counsel and was represented on my behalf by counsel. The disposition was judgement for defendant, me.There was not enough and or wrong information to verify debt. I once again been contacted by the law firm stating you are in default because you failed to enter a written appearance or by attorney the court with your defense. unless you act in 10 days from date of this notice a judgement may be entered against you. I have contacted Unifund, have spoken with - - times. She told me they assigned an attorney to collect the debt. I initiated the call to Unifund and their attorney. Neither party can locate my account ''. - is treating me as an annoyance and this issue is causing me to delay buying a home.
