I was contacted by a debt collection law firm - - -that I was being sued for a debt. I have never received any noticeof a letter to dispute, just a court date. I attained counsel and was represented on my behalf by counsel. The disposition was judgement for defendant, me.There was not enough and or wrong information to verify debt. I once again been contacted by the law firm stating you are in default because you failed to enter a written appearance or by attorney the court with your defense. unless you act in 10 days from date of this notice a judgement may be entered against you. '' this letter was received -/-/15, judgement was entered on -/-/15. also letter on -/-/15 from law firm - - - - - - - asking office of - to docket civil action. (? ) - - - and - - - have a long history of making bogus claims against individuals claiming they owe a debt and that they intend to collect by any needs necessary. There is numerous documentation about this law firm and - - to that claim.
