My credit report shows an account that Unifund LLC is reporting as a collection. I have contacted Unifund, have spoken with - - times. She told me they assigned an attorney to collect the debt. I initiated the call to Unifund and their attorney. Neither party can locate my account ''. - is treating me as an annoyance and this issue is causing me to delay buying a home. I called them to resolve this and I can not as they refuse or have nothing regarding this account.
