PayPal Holdings, Inc. Credit card other April 26, 2016 - I submitted and FDCPA debt validation request to PayPal Credit for debt validation on -/-/-. The request had a 30 day time window on it, and was completely ignored by PayPal. I submitted the second letter requesting debt validation to - on -/-/-, and once again the request was willfully ignored. The agents in customer service are obviously outsourced and have no idea in the slightest what FDCPA even is. My requests have been willfully ignored and violated. I found out about the pull on my credit as I am in the process of purchasing a home and going through the mortgage process.
