I submitted and FDCPA debt validation request to PayPal Credit for debt validation on -/-/-. The request had a 30 day time window on it, and was completely ignored by PayPal. I submitted the second letter requesting debt validation to - on -/-/-, and once again the request was willfully ignored. The agents in customer service are obviously outsourced and have no idea in the slightest what FDCPA even is. My requests have been willfully ignored and violated. I understand that I need to report these violations to the proper federal venues. Thank you.
