i paid a merchant the sum of - dollars on -/-/2015.after receiving no services i called pay pal to help me resolve this problem.to my surprise i was told they could not help me, because of the time frame.they gave me a ticket number - but told me in less than 48 hours i was out of luck.what could pay pal possibly have done to investigate my problem for services not rendered.i was totally misled on looking into it by pay pal.why do i have to pay for something i never received.i feel as though pay pal did nothing.
