They have sent printed screenshots of an account a few years ago which violates the FDCPA and I immediately sent another letter requesting 100 % verifiable proof 100 % accuracy of a written contract, signed documents to verify the debt and all my letters have been ignored by ERS. My last attempt i asked multiple times for a timeline for a dispute and they stated they dont have one since i wont let them call my cell. We filled out our natural gas company - and received the check and sent it to them. I saw - collection accounts on my credit. My insurance paid my medical bills. I sent to this agency to validate the debt and they did not validate it. This agency is not Bonded to collect in my state. I checked on the Secretary of State Site and entered their name and address. It says there is not a bond for them.
