I have been a victim of identity theft have tried disputing this multiple times with this agency and they fail to provide any resolution. My last attempt i asked multiple times for a timeline for a dispute and they stated they dont have one since i wont let them call my cell. The tactics are very harrasing and they seem unwilling to work with a consumer where these items are a clear indication of fraud.
