Discover Credit card arbitration August 9, 2016 - - - - - - -, -. sent me a letter that they had been retained by Discover card notice of opportunity to contact within 30 days to dispute the debt, and a statement they are a debt collector. The letter was delivered uncertified. I responded on -/-/2015. In that letter, I asked - - - - - -, -. to validate the date.
