Clear Debt Solutions, LLC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls August 3, 2016 - I am writing to you today as I am beyond out of my mind with the harassing phone calls I am receiving numerous times per day from this alleged collection agency, Credx Debt Recovery , LLC. They have also tracked down my father who is - years old, my children, all - of them, my daughter-in-law and her family and now friends that I have n't seen in years! This has to stop! It is utter harassment and the woman that is making the calls is as rude as can be, yelling at me, threatening to have me arrested! Is there anything that can be done about this? How do I make these unbearable calls... |

Told them not to call me at work. CDR called again on -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 they were told once again that they were not to call at my place of employment. They called again today -/-/2015 and when they were told that they were not to call at work, they hung up the phone without saying anything. I have phone records showing the incoming and outgoing phone calls. They have been told 3 times now not to call at work and they continue to call and are now hanging up when the phone is answered. I - his name and company, and found him to be a debt collector and possible scammer. I did not give out information, but instead told them to send her a verification of debt and cease communication. I am an attorney and handled legal matters for her before. I did not ask for information on the debt ; I only told him to send a debt verification. He became irate and said I was " full of it.
